Referred by a friend to sign up, referral code rejected as invalid. Not a good start.

Uninstalled due to the spam notifications keep coming.

It’s really annoying to receive more than one promotional message a day. I would turn notifications off but then I may miss a message related to a trip. Also received email that I cannot “unsubscribe” from. Please do something about this. Thanks

The number of times I have tried to book a day ahead, select my time, confirm destination… then “the selected time is no longer available” with +/-1 hour either side being unavailable is infuriating I’m done!

Customer service awesome. Replying promptly. But driver are accepting schedule rides and declining at last minute. Make sure to send screenshot to WhatsApp for assistance for every decline.

Had a very comfortable ride. Driver Hasnain was very polite & professional. Car was immaculately clean. Will recommend to my friends.

App shows notifications bubble, but nothing in app once open and bubble does not disappear. App also opens with blank boxes where there should be information.
