shifted to gocart because i was having problems with gorewards. found this app to be faster and more efficient to navigate. thank u! will use this app instead of gorewards when doing grocery shopping. thanks

This app has been very helpful and convenient indeed, I really have to commend. However I hope there are more payment options available. And I also would like to point out why my Favorites isn’t showing anymore? I always buy the same things and not having to type items every time would be a big help but that’s not what’s happening now and I don’t know why. Please do something about that. I’ve been using this app monthly since Nov 2023 and I’ve got no other issues than the ones stated. If an item is not available, they automatically do refund and they always follow through like I don’t even have to do ffup. It’s just convenient. Keep it up guys!

I’ve been ordering my groceries in GoCart for 2 years now. I appreciate their very fast and reliable customer support team. I like how the shoppers/pickers will call you whenever the items in your order is unavailable and for sure they will offer a substitution. I also like their monthly Buy 1 Take 1 promos and their gift with purchase promos. Aside from that, they have a wide array of assortment. I don’t need to visit the physical store anymore. Shopping in GoCart has been a fulfilling experience as it makes shopping a whole lot easier. I plan to continue my shopping in this app.

App is so intuitive and robust.

I have been loyal to this app since the pandemic because of their regular gift with purchase offers. Was able to collect a lot of freebies from Shopwise and Robinsons Supermarket. I also love the fact that it allows me to earn Go Rewards points which becomes 3X when I use my Go Tyme account to pay. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

The user interface is really good, I can do groceries really fast without experiencing any errors :) Love the promos too :D

I used to order groceries from this app. Then yesterday I ordered and paid for my groceries which I expected to receive in the morning. Sa check out my option if you have a senior discount, of course I used my mom's is because ksama yung essentials nya sa grocery ko. Then they would require a lot na sinend ko naman agad pero walang update until afternoon kung hndi pa ko nagfollow up. In short pakitang tao lang yung pa discount nila sa app! Masabi lang na may option for government mandated discount pero ang ending ihhassle ka nila para icancel mo yung discount. I didn't even receive an apology from their end after all the hassle of waiting for the groceries I paid for in advance. Matataas ang ihi ng mga empleyado nila. Hindi daw tayo kawalan, so do not use this app! Hassle!!!

Your customer svce crew keeps saying that the refund will be rcvd, but there has never been any refunds for two occassions where items were missing from the grocery list. Twice? And we are not being replied to anymore. Our calls are not answered. You call that good customer service? Give us our refund and stop avoiding our calls!
