Not happy
After more than 2 years of playing and as much as I hate to admit it spent a fair amount of money on the game the new owners just decide to pull the plug on the game with no reason or communication whatsoever. A huge waste of money 😡

The game use to be cool but most player quit. Last updates killed the game.
Devs are greedy
Even pay to win players quit this game as devs don’t listen to what players want there’s a reason 5 out top 10 players on my server have all quit and many many in the top 100 have quit. I was top 5 and am just sick of devs nerfing and making the game less fun over the last 2 years. My advice is don’t waste a moment on this money pit.
Pay to win
Like all wargaming products this is strictly pay to win. They offer all sorts of deals and promotions that you can buy to catch up the long established servers, but who wants to spend money to try and enjoy a game? Not me. Waste of time, waste of money. This game doesn’t even feel like Hero’s of might and magic do not let the pictures fool you.

Subscription Cancellation
I do not want the $130 monthly subscription - I purchased it by mistake, thinking it was the free version. I cancelled the subscription right away, but my app says I will still be charged. Please let me know how to contact you so I am not charged for this subscription - your link for app support takes me to your webpage, but your webpage has no contact info on it :(
Disappointed
Provided lots of fun and reminisce of playing HoMM. However, too many significant glitches to really enjoy. First occasion was when I used gems to revive characters and nothing happened. Second but most important occasion was when I left the game one night with ongoing construction and research only to wake up next day with none of it being done. Had to restart but without the available resources. Terrible experience. Not worth spending money on.
