Goibibo: Flight, Hotel & Train

I have booked a room near Gokarna(double room bed) it was showing 2600₹ and including tax and all it was 3200₹ . I have paid the amount through online. When I reach the hotel, owner was saying that rooms are not available and don’t come via online bookings. After requesting many times, he told that there is a 6 people big room for that you have to pay 7000₹ otherwise I will put one family into your room if anyone comes. Later he exchanged the room and gave 2 bed room and took 1000₹ extra. Worst experience ever.. #needjustice #dontbook

Worst service worst …My flight was cancelled by airline on 21st of dec 2024. These people told that money will come back by 31st of December . It did not come and these people show that money has been processed. There is no way to talk to them on the app and they keep repeating the same in tickets raised. Even ticket raising is now not allowed Better move to ixia go or direct to airline.

Firstly they cancelled my booking prior one day of the booked date and again asked me to book higher amount one as they will provide reimbursement of variable amount but now they denied reimbursement as I used my short-form name in the name field which is not valid. Only because of the silly reason my reimbursement got cancelled and got scammed.

A refund of ₹500 for the car’s cleanliness and poor condition, but this amount is grossly insufficient given the level of danger and distress I faced. As i did not hear back from the team, Im rediscribing my Terrible nightmarish Experience I had a with Goibibo’s cab service, one that I would not wish on anyone. I was traveling with my twin babies, both under a year old, on a rainy evening. To my shock, the driver stopped the car abruptly on a lonely highway, got out, and started talking on his phone. I had no signal on my phone, and the situation quickly turned terrifying as it began getting dark. I couldn’t help but think the worst — that the driver might be planning something malicious, such as calling others to harm or rob us. The entire ordeal left me panicking with crying babies in the car, drenched in fear and helplessness. My heart was racing, and I even contemplated calling the police, only to realize I had no mobile signal to do so. After what felt like an eternity, the driver stopped another vehicle and managed to get petrol, which I then realized was the cause of the delay. While I was relieved to eventually get moving, the situation was unacceptable. It was the driver’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle was adequately fueled before the trip. His failure to do so put me and my children in a dangerous, highly stressful, and deeply unprofessional scenario. My Issues: 1. Unprofessionalism: The driver did not inform me of the problem initially, leaving me in the dark and vulnerable. 2. Safety Neglect: Stranding a passenger on a deserted highway, especially in the rain, is gross negligence. 3. Incompetence: Running out of petrol is a basic issue that should never occur in a professional cab service. No one contacted or addressed my issue there after. Not at all recommended service
