Saya tunggu bas di hentian bas seperti yang ditunjukkan pada app. Tapi pemandu bas kata salah. Dan dia pada asalnya tak nak berhenti untuk ambil penumpang. Sila semak dan betulkan pin untuk setiap hentian bas untuk kemudahan dan keselesaan pemandu dan penumpang.

Application bugged it shows 12 minutes (2 minutes delay) and then the schadule bus on duty disappearing and the then bus arrived.

The driver of the Maroon line bus was very rude. Two people pressed the bell, but he thought one person pressed it twice and got angry. Please get a driver for GOKL who isn’t as quick to anger, like the drivers of the Orange and Chocolate lines. They are good drivers!

Apps always not functioning & bus didn't follow the schedule (based on maroon line)

There is no feature for searching a route for your journey, the app just tell you the nearest station, info about the bus that is going to that station and show the pathing lane for each type of bus

Hey..its 2024 …how to see the bus moving in app..please put gps and link the bus position with app

THE ETA IS ALWAYS WRONG !! THE BUSES WILL ARRIVE EITHER TOO LATE, OR TOO EARLY THAN THE ETA ??!!!

App not helpful at all. Timing was wrong, app went blank after bus missed timing saying the bus has arrived yet there’s nothing at the station
