The scooter I confirmed on the app for renting showed 77% battery left but it only have 0% battery actually and couldn’t motivate. I was on my way to an important meeting so I called the custemer survice for help. They told me I should check out the battery bar on the app. But the bar on the app shows differently with the scooter. They didn’t really help anything at all. At the end, I just took the taxi to the meeting. By the way, the custemer survice told me she “kindly” canceled my fee which I didn’t actually ride their scooter at all. Lol. Anyways, just don’t worth to try their survice.

家附近好幾台車況不錯的車都沒電停在那裡也不能租借😮‍💨

我搜了整個三民區一定是一台車都搜不到，明明我臉上就有一台，也測試過是有電的，真的傻眼…

為什麼全高雄市都沒車。。。。不懂

如題，真的很扯！想使用卻用不到，請改善好嗎？

雖然車子分佈蠻平均的，基本上走幾分鐘都能到得了，但是真的很常找不到車，每次看著定位走到車子停的地方，結果根本就沒半台，而且連續找了3、4台都這樣，真的是會走到瘋掉，而且沒有一台車有安全帽，請一定要改善這些問題拜託拜託拜託，不然我要崩潰了

每次要租 車子沒有一台能使用 沒帽子、無法開機、儀表板壞的、無法前進的、車燈殼變水箱… 我就問…公司 沒人要整理車子嗎？現在又多一個不能信用卡…. 好了，現在App打開又完全當了
