In 2023 having a non-working web checkin and app is a shame. I am wondering who developed this: doesn't simply work. In a normal company the team responsible for the dev and deployement would be fired. The fact that the app is still in the store despite the very bad review say a lot about CRM of Gol.

This App is a waste of life time. Same like the GOL web check-in, which is also a non working nightmare. I guess a checkin by fax would be a pure pleasure compared to this. Fix at least you web check-in, and burry this sad trial of an app.

A aplicação não funciona mesmo com a ultima atualização. Sempre que viajo tenho que ir no aeroporto e pegar o último lugar que ninguém quer. Com a Azul e Latam funciona bem.

O aplicativo nao permite acrescentar o cartao de embarque ao wallet, ha mais de dois anos!!!

unfortunately, the app only accepts phone numbers in Brazilian format, so foreigners cannot indicate their international numbers. when selecting the nationality, countries appear mostly in random order, making the check-in almost impossible. however, that’s already better than when buying the ticket because at that stage my country wasn’t even listed. Is Switzerland such an exotic place and are bookings by non-Brazilians really wanted at GOL?

The app is not user friendly, always has unexpected errors, and have to start agsin from the beginning...To make the check in almost 30minutes were needed, and at the end the app says “an unexpected error occurred”

Many bugs. The app doesn’t retain the info etc. It is almost as bad as the website. I strongly recommend that you fire the person in charge of your digital strategy.

A aplicação abre normalmente, posso clicar em Smiles mas quando clico em GOL ela se fecha sozinha, já desinstalei e instalei novamente mas o problema continua, seria porque a utilizo fora do Brasil?

Não consigo pagar a reserva do assento porque não finaliza o pagamento porque não comigo avançar para a próxima tela. Cadastrei o cartão para facilitar e ainda assim ele pede os dados do cartão.
