App keeps crashing and will open for one second only

I used to really like this app, but like other reviews, it crashes on my new iPhone 13. It doesn’t work anymore and is useless.

For over the years I have catalogued hundreds of gold and other precious metals items in this app. Suddenly one day all the data is wiped. I can no longer access the vault as the app crashes. There is no support from vendor.

I’m hoping there is some way to restore many years of lost purchase data. I requested support on the app and look forward to assistance.

This works really great! I can open it up and see what is happening with the value of what I’ve got, and it wasn’t complex to enter it in. Definitely worth the few bucks!

Would give more stars but it doesn’t calculate price of metal correctly. If I divide what I paid by value per unit item or ounce price isn’t exactly right. If I put in number of 1 oz rounds it calculates fraction of ounce. And it has no help explaining anything that values represent like the values needed entered to compute actual value.

Best on the market

This App has been a huge disappointment. The Vault feature has not worked in months and all of saved info has been lost. The App will not even open and when I try to open it crashes the App.

I’m using this app to track the current and historical price of gold and silver.

Downloaded. App shuts down after log in on my newer well running phone.
