The app totally cant use at all and I purchase movie ticket thru the competitor..

The app is convenient but my god the loading from the first screen all the way to loading profile. It’s just loading and loading and loading. I don’t even understand what is there load for so damn long.

I made payment for 3 times, because only the 3rd time was successfully made via TnG. 1st and 2nd time due to crash on webpage or what, I can’t even proceed to next steps. However the status of the apps still show my transaction was unsuccessful and so I did not get the QR code in the apps. I called to customer service and they are not helpful at all even ask me to re-purchase again the ticket. And the money made need to pending for 14 freaking days just to be refunded. GSC, you used to provide very positive customer experience. What in the world are you doing? Every time making yourself to very worst way possible!
