After getting a new phone and adding the app back onto it, there’s no longer an option to add my pass to my Apple Wallet. The option was there before and I had it installed. Please fix your app because this is highly annoying.

Reading the privacy policy linked on this page, the section 2.a.i.1 states in the last sentence “Trainers may also elect to import their trainees’ contacts and information contained from their contact lists.” Why does a gym app need that information?

This app is WORTHLESS! There are more than a dozen clubs, but NO YOU CANNOT ACCESS INFORMATION about any club but your “home club.” I’m sitting in the club and I can’t access any information about schedules in THIS CLUB because it’s not my “home” club. Fat lot of good that is.

It’s an okay app! It take things a while to load. My main concern is that I am unable to add my pass to my Apple wallet. It’s frustrating that it gives us the option but unable to add. I have asked multiple people and the have the same problem.

Such a big franchise and such a failure app, disappointing. Spend some money on your app too.
