Well done GoLive. You just sold my gf and I pair of seat that doesn't exist. During Coldplay's Music of the Spheres tour in KL, we bought two(2) Cat 2 ticket 216B 38 and 39, each worth around RM758. Seat 39 doesn't exist and we had to wait almost 2 hours standing on the 216B entrance like a fool until the SV replaced our seat in 209 section Cat 5 seats, which cost RM498 each. Do we get refund? No. Do they return some of out money? No. Any attempt to contact her since she bought both ticket? No.

Been try several time, log in by web are workable but not on this app. Kindly update it and fix bug!

the worst ticketing system! how is it possible that those who joined the queue later managed to secure tickets while the earlier ones still stuck in the queue? last in first out is it?

Was about to buy a ticket on website, cant login due to error incorrect username and pw. You want me to use old myspace email is it? I would like to give zero star rating but i cant.

If you registered an account using ur apple id (which is just a click away at the login sign up page) then congratulations, chances are you are now stuck all time with “email password ot found” whenever you login with the exact apple id details, and also whenever you wish to delete account and register a new one (because you’re already fed up with the many failed attempts of logging in) the system will just tell you your email or password not found again and thus you cannot delete the very unresponsive account. Seriously.
