I live in Australia and it doesn't have the option to link to my mobile

Tried over several days to get verification code sent to mobile. Never receive any code despite numerous attempts and therefore cannot collect rewards. Will be using different shop now as was a regular

Cannot sign in because it didnt send me the code via SMS. Disappointing

Why is this app available on the Australian App Store if it can’t verify Australian phone numbers? What a joke.

Tried linking my mobile number so many times to sign up and collect rewards but it wouldn’t work. Not happy at all, deleted this app from my phone waste of storage to be honest.

After downloading and choosing ApplePay as payment method, won’t let me verify my phone number. Everything in App looks scammy. Beware!!!

Won’t link, can’t use it in English , set it to Australia and it still won’t link my phone number so I can’t collect any rewards. Very disappointed when I buy a lot of GongCha. Makes me want to shop other places where I can collect rewards for spending a lot. Disappointing.

Says for Australia, turn on location, takes me to England
