What a brilliant way to get around Cape Town and enjoy the surroundings of a magnificent City. The ride is easy and usage is simple and easy. Even for someone who is not technology advanced it was simple to get going! World class service at its best

I really excited to rent a scooter, the people working for GoNow with their shirts, were very unhelpful and couldn't care less to help me. Al they said was they are not charged. Meanwhile the app said there are 15 scooter charged and use able. If this is the service, it won't work in this town. I had to walk home from school.

Bikes are littered around seapoint... none of them work. Haven’t seen an electric anything

Great idea. So disappointed when I tried it. Seat fell off halfway and I could not reattach. What a shame. Refund please???

I'm giving this a generous 4 stars because I think the concept is excellent and I'm excited that this kind of transportation is finally teaching SA. Pricing is great, simple, straight forward and doesn't break the bank. Comparable to taking the bus, which I believe is your biggest competition in the commuting space. The actual bikes are not great. They look like ebikes, have batteries like ebikes, are heavy like ebikes but are not ebikes. Ie you're just cycling a normal, extra heavy bike. This is worse when the bikes are the tiny "BMX" style ones. I'm not rolling to work on one of those! Also found another issue with a bike with brakes that were such a weird angle I had to break with my thumb. Who does that? It was not safe! So all in all... I feel some work could be done on the bike side of things. But absolutely love the concept and assuming I can find a decent bike, I will opt to cycle over the bus to work.

Bikes’ electric motors not functioning even though app shows sufficient battery charge. Bikes in poor condition.

The app is stuck on trip details and refuses to submit the feedback. I cannot progress passed this point.

I used the app previously and it worked fine. But once I tried logging in on a new device it freezes on the login page and says “Processing”
