Order cancelled without any intimation at the last moment. Facing this issue since my last 10 orders, uninstalling the app and will never use good to go anymore and socialise the negative feedback wherever possible

They delivered the worst quality of mutton possible and left out 2 items from the order. Customer care said it’ll be delivered tonight or tomorrow. On calling after 2 days, customer care said they’re on leave. I still haven’t received the product or refund.

I will use this app and they have delivered to the exceptional true value of the product and the quality and the hygiene is absolutely up to the mark !

Excellent service and great quality. Their seekh kebabs are delicious.

They will accept ur order online ask for a time slot than confirm ur order and by the time come to deliver ur order they will cancel it from there behalf. I don’t understand if ur not able to do it why are u taking orders. The same has happened more than 3 times.

Horrible service. No response. Contact numbers are always switched off. Don't use it. And by any chance don't pay by card.

Amount has been deducted twice however every time it says payments failed. None of their customer service number works. They respond saying we will adjust your amount against COD order however they stop responding. Its like I have to beg for my own money. Rs1800 so far. NOT A JOKE
