Today, this app sent me 1,000 notifications, are you kidding me
But the app is down right now I’m concerned, I hope it’s gnot getting taken down !! I love it so much it makes me feel amazing!!
I installed the app and opened it. An update alert displayed is partially displayed. I can not scroll down to close it. I click around the alert window and it will not close. I can not use the app. I have an iPad Pro.
Now after update, I can’t play anything. I can scroll up/down left/right but can’t select anything not even from my favorites list.
Stop logging me out and making my playlist disappear. I didn’t pay for premium status so that I have to log in almost every other day.
The new UI update really killed the vibe with the whole app for me. It made it a annoyance to listen to my favorite mixes on demand. Bring back original UI settings please
We’ve had a subscription for over a year and while we love the content, the customer service is majorly lacking. I have tried reaching out, calling, emailing, through the app… no response. It says we have an account but not a subscription and we’ve paid through April. It’s really a bummer.

I have the Premium plan for over a year. Upon till recently, the app was great then the new update came first they lost all my information second, they started deleting my playlist. This is happened twice to me in the last two months. I don’t know if I’m going to continue with my premium package. This is upsetting, especially since you go to all the trouble of making a playlist and then having it delete it. I will revise my up date from before. My Playlist has been restored which I greatly appreciate. And I will say they have improved the selection of different HZ for all the areas of interest. I’m so happy the playlist has been taken care of because I use this every day. Thank you so much to the support team for taking care of this problem.
