Advanced Bookings are not confirmed

Tried to advance book an 8 seater 7 days before I needed it, all went through the app. On day of booking two cabs turned up and not the 8 seater I needed for a kids football team. Better feedback and confirmation needed for this. Won’t use again.

Unable to register

Had a leaflet through my letter box telling me to download the app for a discount. Can’t even register

Come on guys, this app has been like this for years, I keep trying, you just don't get a code texted to you to complete the registration process…yet you keep going on about it on your recorded messages when you ring up. Even your drivers say there is a problem. Get it sorted!
