Needs to be improved

Currently the app is not able to work with a Bluetooth dongle, that is supposed to be supported (like the Feitian Multipass). All is good when adding the dongle in Google account directly. I am also able to add the iPhone with its built-in security key as pseudo-dongle. Later in Smartlock I can add the account and perform an auth over the Blutooth interface of the Multipass without problem. But when I try to generate a code with Smartlock (that I need for authenticating a Google account on the iPhone), I am presented with the choice of pairing a dongle over NFC or USB, none of which work. Bluetooth is not offered and the built-in iPhone security key does not work. Please fix, because currently the app is useless.

Great to use as a backup next to my physical security key. Also very useful and a clever idea to use smartphones as an alternative means to a security key for users without a physical one. If you do have a physical FIDO2 one, you can configure it in your Google Account and use this app in case of loss. Keep in mind that Bluetooth may not be as secure as a physical security key.

Please support U2F/Fido security keys over USB or NFC for Advanced Protection, like Yubico security keys.

Keeps crashing on new iOS update

I cannot even open this app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. If someone has some ideas how to get this app to work, I would appreciate as I would like to change my google account.

Never opens under iOS and iPad is 18.1

The doesn’t open at all on the new iOS update

App no longer works, just crashes when its opened.
