The app debits for transactions and doesn’t make refunds, no customer support to chat up..

I can’t login into my ACC on Gopay What’s wrong What’a pls it keep saying check your network connection which I’ve data Kindly fix your login

The customer service is worst,and have been trying to open the app after i funded wallet it’s not opening….this app is a scam

I have not bee able to login into Gopay app since last week

Everytime I want to buy data its always not working l think I’ll stop using gopay app if this continues

This app was actually good around last year but this year I’ve been trying to top up my balance from opay to gopay it has never been going, now I’ve been try to at least use my remaining change that’s in the app to buy airtime I’ve never been credited it’s always on pending. App creators I urge to find something to rectify the issue please

This app is such a big scam I used this app last year and I bought data with it which never dropped and instead of the transaction showing pending it show completed and I let that one slide but I changed to Clubkonnect which was beta and more reliable but due to some network problems I bought data and it did go through so dey give me back refund so I actually came back to Gopay to try considering their high data rate I bought data and it still repeated it self by showing complete and and nothing dropped, worst app so far, and till today their costumers line haven’t replied me

He be like say una Dey mad for this app abi, why my the data way I send to someone since morning didn’t go?

Tried buy data for friends some will go some will not go I keep getting error code.
