The fact that there’s a limit on how long a password should be just shows how they’re incompetent in security. Also now there’s an inactive service fee if you leave it without a transaction just shows how desperate they are. I just want a wallet with good basic features. This ain’t it y’all look elsewhere.

Just updated the app to version 2.4.2 and the app is just so SLOW! Please look into it and fix whatever the bug that is causing the app to be horrible experience . Thank you

Sincerely and honestly, I have been using it for more than 3 years since then there are some things that are not the best about using gopayz. Just recently I lost my phone with wallet, I did block and report to the police, and I called to block and the gopayz staff said Mr. "Mr. you can email me to block the card as well by changing the new number, email" so funny Mr. so the first and last time I used gopay. my rate used app 0/5, online banking 4/5, transfer 5/5, share money 5/5. overall for service is very very bad. thanks

Do not download and bother using this prepaid card. Once reloaded into the e-wallet you have no way of using then e-wallet and faulty QR CODE. So, just dont bother. On top of that when you call their customer service, they scolded you for getting upset with them. Tried to explain my frustration but repeated this guy was trying to explain the faulty app as if its not their problem.

The app can not open anymore after the latest update ( I phone 7 plus)
