Always have to register my account or re-enter card info despite using app for months then when you arrive people who are ordering when they get there still get food before you.

Multiple tries failed until I started an order, then it worked.

I was ordering at 1:00pm and wanted to schedule pickup for 2:30. I used to be able to do that on your old webpage. Tried this app and webpage but couldn’t choose time. My only options were “asap” or 5:15pm or later. I liked the old option for scheduling a time.

Love the update, more personality!

I need to punch in 4 set of info perfectly for it to work. You screw up? Retype all 4 fields again! No hint. No password rule mention until you fail one of them. Garbage interface.

Wish there was a place for special requests (ie: beans on the side).

Salivating for carnitas con jalapeños only a click away. I have been returning for nearly 4 decades.
