I’ve changed passwords and everything still will not connect no way to contact very disappointed

need help
was working great not a single problem and today in the moring it loged me out and everytime i try to log in it just says fail or stays lodeing anyone else haveing this problem ?
They are a piece of crap!!
And you don’t have a phone number to call!!
Why did it not add my service
I paid at least $160.00 bucks last month and just now realizing I only have one camera out of three with cloud storage
