Still waiting to contact you to understand what happened

This app only gives me a phone number and waiting on the phone now for the last 2,5 hours! Not a good app if you can’t chat or contact them in any other way. Airlines canceled our flights. We are still waiting for a refund! 2 months now. #Lufthansa telling me gotogate has the money and they telling me they are waiting for Lufthansa. Never ever I will book again with #gotogate or #lufthansa.

Hi, I booked a flight via this website. When I reached my second layover airport in another country, it turned out that there is no next flight scheduled for that day at all. I had to stay in a foreign country enroute to my home country for 14 hours- all unexpected and I ended up missing out on my very important meeting that I had scheduled upon arrival in my home country and missed domestic flight etc. when I tried ti report this, customer care is 2 hours waiting I will never ever trust Goto gate or book a flight via this platform. Pathetic and not trustworthy at all

I booked a flight then I received an email that some changes happened which doesn’t suit to me. Now I’m struggling to modify/cancel my order. No options on app either the website. Also all contact details to support team on website are fake and doesn’t work. The app doesn’t have any contact details too. I just found this to write here which is not for asking help. Anyway, I would say the support rate is 0. I paid more than $3000 for flight and not sure what will happen. Because even the flight operator Emirates said the online Agency locked all access and they couldn’t help to modify travel dates yet. 😤

Do not use this agency!!! Such a waste of money, paid for premium, flight consolation protection-nothing work. No help , no support. Have to wait for refund up to 16 weeks now. Will not recommend!!! Do not do this mistake!!!

No way to use app until you get an sms verification. But doesn't appear to send verification. No way to check or update personal information on website to ensure they have your phone number correct. Rang Customer support but they cannot help. Told to Send email but up to 7 days to respond. Have paid for "premium" customer service and can't even get them to update a phone number. So basically a waste of time. 0 stars
