Easy to use
Is really easy to use. I had a nice experience using it.

Preferred the old app
I liked the old app well enough, but the new app does not bring joy. I only use goto for a social meeting; thank goodness I’m not using it for work. That said, the update made some unnecessary changes. Removing color coding for things like muting/unmuting was unhelpful. Black and white only interface is so 2015. The new way of showing when a mic is live or muted is opposite that of other apps, so it becomes pretty confusing for attendees and disruptive for meetings. The new app doesn’t seem to allow me an easy way to define my personal settings for meetings when I launch it—so by default I start out with tons of people in my view, and this overshadows the black and white only tools.

Tried for hours to load the app to find that it has been replaced.
Doesn’t work!
I downloaded this app but was unable to join my meeting. I couldn’t find any help file or support so missed the meeting.
