GotSport Team App

There is no way to add my teams. The app only allows me to update my profile but can’t see my teams.

Nothing from the website registration completed to join the league carries to the app. The app is essentially useless since you can’t view any of the league info on the website within the app.

Forced to switch from team snap and hate this app! Can’t get connected to our team and no support, wasted so much time and frustrated is an understatement. Why did we have to leave Teamsnap?!?

Any sports parent knows the tedium of a crowded text thread or a million emails. This app makes those things ATTRACTIVE. It’s that bad. I’ve been trying for a week to change my daughter’s profile photo, but can’t find a way to do it. I don’t even know where that photo is pulling from, because it’s not her GotSport account photo and there’s no Help function in the app. Basic stuff. It’s confusing to start a chat, the notifications aren’t responsive in real time, and sometimes it duplicates entire chat threads.

Can’t update info on the app. Can’t access messages on the app. What’s the point? I will ask our club to pick a different app.

Wish I could give a scathing review of the application itself but sadly, car even do that!! The application recognizes my email, but when I enter the PIN Code that it sends to that email address, it just freezes and doesn’t respond. I have tried it over 4 times after restarting my phone every time. Complete trash.

the designer should be ashamed of themselves

There appears no way to use my GotSport credentials with this app, so it is beyond useless.

Awful ! App and desktop are not linked! How stupid. Nothing works in this app.
