Bad Customer Support

I have been waiting for their response to my complaint for almost 2 months . They neither call back nor respond to my emails. This is what they are doing to someone who has taken their services for about 100 times in just 14 months. Really BAD

My cab broke down in between my travel from Dehradun to Delhi Airport. I had to book Uber to reach Airport. Had contacted Gozo support on the same day and they assured that within 48 hours refund will be done. Have tried reaching them multiple times but their customer support number only says Your callback request had bern received and we will call you in 360 minutes. Is this your 24*7 customer support? Till date there is no communication from Gozo team about my refund. I urge everyone not to use its app. Worst app and worst customer service. I am lodging case against them in Consumer forum.

Not as good anymore now

When we used it for outstatuon trips and in NCR all was good and we really enjoyed and have references to all as their services and rates both were good. However, Since we have come to Bengaluru we have had really bad experience for local a d outstation cabs And recently took one from Jaipur and that was also nightmare of an experience. Driver was not the same as mentioned, he drive really bad, took many breaks and from Jaipur we took 6-7 hours to reach delhi which is insane time for this distance Putting everything together I think company is very relaxed now and is not focusing on their quality of driver and services.

STAY AWAY. even if they offer you for free, dont book with them. They ll cancel randomly at the last minute or do something really unprofessional and then wont even have the courtesy to respond

Pathetic customer service

I booked gozo cab for my wife and 4 years daughter to travel from Chandigarh to Rampur Bushahr on 23 dec 2024. The driver did not complete the trip and midway near shimla he denied driving further due to weather conditions. The situation was understandable for me and my wife since the snowfall had started and he could have been stuck in the snow if he kept continuing the trip and it would be more disastrous for my wife and daughter. But the way GOZo responded to this situation made the whole experience scary. First, when my wife called their support team to ask for modifications in the trip destination and to recalculate the bill, they did not respond for 30 minutes. Second, when they responded after 30 minutes, they did not take the matter seriously and asked to wait and keep giving different contact numbers for resolution and never called back. Third, despite knowing that the passengers are a female and a child, they let my wife and daughter wait in the car in chilling cold weather, midhighway for more than 3 hours. Lastly, Gozo never called us back and never came up with a resolution, and after 3 hours my wife had to pay the full amount to the driver. Ankita and Aharna from gozo don’t value their customer and should have given proper training on how to deal with customer issues. Very bad experience they have provided. I was a regular customer of gozo but now I will never use gozo and will not recommend it to anyone. Pathetic customer service.

Avoid this service at all costs! After making a confirmed booking for a diesel/petrol sedan to accommodate 4 passengers and paying in advance, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The driver informed me that he would be delayed by 1.5 hours! When I reached out to Gozo customer service for assistance, their response was shockingly unhelpful—they suggested I cancel the ride if it didn’t work for me. To make matters worse, when the car finally arrived at 10:40, it was a CNG vehicle with no space for luggage—completely different from what was promised. By then, it was far too late to cancel, and I had no choice but to proceed as my family needed to get home. This service is completely unreliable, with irresponsible representatives and a clear disconnect between their booking promises and actual delivery. Spare yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

- The driver was driving very rashly and overtaking recklessly while on phone. Even after requesting to stop the car and use phone he continued with Phone browsing while maintaining 80-100 km/hr - ⁠Wasted 45-60 min because driver took the vehicle to off route CNG stations inside cities 2 times - ⁠Horrible experience with a rude 20 year something driver .. Reached 1 hr late even after he drove like a Schumacher on phone

Do not give them your advance, book from another for a costlier price, they kept my 10k for no reason and they only have sales team, no support team. Call their customer card and experience it yourself!
