Most of the bad reviews are from 3 to 5 years ago, I’ve been using this app for the last two years on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it worked flawlessly!

Their customer is worse in Bangladesh, for some technical difficulties if your transaction get failed you won’t get appropriate service from them instead they’ll continuously transfer you from one to another. Be aware of their fraudulent activities. Even after having proof of transaction they declined my transaction which’s really frustrating. From now on I won’t use this service.

Can’t pay My bill !!! When i did pay they reversed fund. I did try many times Transaction BP211018.1810.A00898 was successfully reversed. The details are as follows: Transaction amount: 400.00 BDT, Transaction Id: TC211018.1810.B05728, Nagad Add Money Not Working

Apple should ban this app as it masquerades as Google pay

Back button isn’t working on iPhone. When back button was pressed the application crushed. Please solve the issue.

This app is sometimes good but sometimes it’s not working properly. Even Customar care service people are inefficient to solve the problems. Today I have cash in Tk. 3,000/- but couldn’t pay utility bill due to its technical issues.

Gpay is just awesome. I prefer it over others bill pay apps. Add money from Amex cards makes it different. But I am requesting to the developers to add option Dhaka PBS-1 (BREB postpaid) bill through gpay Thank you

Was able to give my DESCO Prepaid bill, Akash bill and other bills in the lockdown situation without going out. Cash-in is easy with Debit/Credit card. Works way faster than other billpay apps, recommending a lot!

Recharge from bKash was added here. But now this option is not available. Please help to add for smooth recharging, please advise
