New update
This new update is terrible can’t see locations of all trucks at one time on the vehicle page anymore. Now you have to click into each truck. It was important to see where every vehicle was all on one screen!

Simply use the same user credentials that you use to log into the web version of the GPS Insight portal.
Manager may use GPS in the background to show your location relative to your fleet. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. The app attempts to do this in the most efficient manner possible to retain battery life.

Does not work on my IPhone 13 running 1IOS 15
Doesn’t work
This app is awful. The only thing I want it to do is track my trips so I can properly log them for my employer. My company must have like 1000 of these units and techs using the system and I’m planning on doing everything I can to have them abandon it and use something that actually works.
Won’t open
This app no longer accepts my log in info? My user name and P/W work on windows but not on this mobile app? Just keeps saying I used the incorrect password? I uninstalled/re-installed, and even reset my P/W... Same problem, can’t log in. Useless app.
Won’t open, just crashes.
For the past week the app crashes the second it opens on any of our iOS devices. Works fine on android but will not on iOS. Please address and fix this issue.

Dews the update vehicle locations,forces shut. Impossible to use
App Not Refreshing
This app would be great if the data refreshed on its own. We just recently switched from another gps company and there app refreshed every 30 secs or so automatically. With GPS Insight I have to manually push “refresh all data” in order to get the current information on our trucks otherwise all the data and locations stay at the last point that you refreshed. All of the online info that I read on GPS Insights help page suggests the data should always be refreshing on its own. But that is not the case. So if you are someone who is not always at there desk and need to rely on the app to get vehicle information from a phone or tablet this platform might not be for you. I have submitted my concerns thru the app and via email to GPS Insight 2 weeks ago and they have yet to respond...🤔
Load and Crash
The app loads and immediately crashes after the latest update. Totally useless now.
Crashing
Dear developers after last update application keeps crashing. Please can you fix this problem
Sometimes great, sometimes awful
When it works it’s great but soooooo frustrating when I can’t see my guys because the app jumps all over the place, doesn’t let me select unless as it reverts back to last selected. And app is constantly logging me out which means I have to reset everything. 🤬
