Chirp GPS Tracker, Locator Map

Phone number input required a PHP in lateral thinking to get working and then it works only on US numbers. A pile of rubbish.

Chirp is an amazing app! I trialled the premium service and now I can't do without it. I have four small children and can't be with them 24/7. When I am at work or school and they are with sitters; with Chirp I know where they are with a click of a button and how to get to them in case of an emergency. I love my boys and I love the app! A small price to pay for peace of mind. Well done to Moonbeam Development

Customer service failed to help me reset my password leaving me without access. Ultimately, they were unable to provide any solution.

Doesn’t show up most of the time. I would give it zero stars if possible. Initial setup was a nightmare. contacted CS who called me right away and helped. I guess that was the honeymoon cause they have been a noshow ever since. App tracking worked for a few days and then suddenly stopped tracking family member. I had told all family members to leave location always on so when The app stopped tracking them, I deleted the app and tried to re-install. Big mistake! App asked me for a password which I never received because CS initially set everything up on the phone on their end and didn’t walk me through the setup. When trying to re-install, App would freeze and I had to reboot phone to get it to work again until it froze again after trying to set up the app again. Tried to call and email CS again: CRICKETS! This group could use a user friendly app that truly functions and responsive people to run it. Then they could be called a company. Oh, and do I sound PO’d? Because I am.

I wanted to track my spouse SECRETLY , but this app says - enter their phone number and sends them a text asking if they approve !!?? How dumb is that?? Now he will know I’m tracking him and my life will be worse . Thanks a lot 😠

I set this app app on my phone and my wife’s phone and it worked great for the first day then yesterday it did not update for like 14 hours. Today it’s the same thing, it is not updating since my wife left for work this morning at 9 AM it is now 1:47 PM. How can an app that works so great the first day and then completely drop off the face of the earth and not work at all the next day??? I signed up for a year on both phones and I am having to cancel that membership within this for seven day trial period.

Chirp is the best in its class, its easily the best tracking app.

One of a kind app, none of the other apps I tried were as good as Chirp.

There are so many things you can do with Chirp I was surprised.
