After 5 years of using it impossible to login! Changed password. Still can’t login. Get sent user name etc. Try again.. still can’t login! Set up a new account. All good on the website, go to the app nope can’t login! Used to be good. Now it’s utter trash.

Can’t login with Air NZ account. I even tried to reset my password which did not help, Same credentials can be logged in to Air NZ app, but does not work for grabaseat.

iPhone app not letting me login yet website does. Called for assistance and they just said to use the website even though they did not know why the app wasn’t working. Apparently this is a common issue on phones. Useless help, didn’t fix it, couldn’t explain why and didn’t care at all. They just fobbed me off without even trying to help.

Something is definitely wrong with this app, can log in online to air new Zealand but not this app. Reset my password over 10 times

Can’t sign in, even after I’ve updated the password.

This App is useless. Despite using it fairly successfully for many years the functionality has become poor since Air New Zealand introduced the multi factor identification and passkey nonsense. My password fails and there is no option to a) change it on the App or b) amend my Wishlist via the Air NZ website. The Air NZ helpline was pathetic and unable to resolve these issues.He told me that resetting my Air NZ password via the website would synchronise for Grabaseat but this still does not work on the Grabaseat App. Air NZ please fix the APP or add the Wishlist option to your website.

Can not log in. updated password then deleted app changed password again will not accept as valid login pls fix your app i need to fly for life saving surgery and need to set an alert for cheap flights 😭 thanks
