Grain: Food delivery

Unable to place an order on app without saving credit card info, then tell you “cannot delete default credit card” and hence cannot remove credit card info.

Please help. It says sign up in 30s and took 1 hr. In that 1hr, my selected delivery time was no longer available. I had to move my lunch from 1230 to 130pm. It is still asking me to “please wait”. I tried the food once and love it. But this app and website are both killing me. Some error codes: 401003 Now they change the timing to 530 Really stupid app Every time I see the grain logo appears when it’s loading, I go crazy. Stupid app After I pressed +1 for all the dishes I want, I pressed the cart. It says “your cart is empty”. Might as well kill me. And when I wanted to remove something from the cart (after it eventually work), I cannot just remove from the cart, I had to go back to the original page to remove it. Will it get any stupider?

A well-designed app and a pretty good meal plan service when they put together the right menu items. But why does it read your clipboard’s contents every time you launch it? Those are my passwords, banking details, credit card numbers you’re pulling. And for what reason? I can’t recommend the service any further until this stops.

I have ordered from Grains previously and was pretty satisfied but I am disappointed with my order today. The portion has been reduced and so although the taste is still good it has become rather expensive. I still feel hungry after my dinner!

Paid extra $3 for 2 pieces of Kale, cold truffle eggs And the delivery guy was more than half an hour late...expect better service for a $24 salad

Should have an option to allow user who does not want to use the app anymore to delete his/her account and related info permanently.

Please lower the prices. It’s wonderful to have such healthy options but the increasing delivery charges make it too expensive for us to order regularly. Please kindly make it affordable.

it was my first time and i’m impressed with the taste and it’s hard to find a healthy food delivery i’m glad i found this looking forward to more interesting and healthy meals maybe should state calories per meals
