Please add billing information.

It has been more than weeks iOS app is crashing on showing Google Maps correctly. It crashes in a second. What is your technical team doing for such long time! Really horrible service. And your platform is outdated. And recharge feature must be added through online. It’s a shame that a big company like grameenphone is doing such amateur job for long time. Response asap otherwise you guys will lose customers day by day.

Sorry as it is a long message: I have gp vts with my car. I do get the bill every month via sms and email. But the thing is i cannot tag this number with MY GP app or even i cannot know its current recharge update. The thing is i usually pay my bill through City Touch (City Bank Internet banking). But whether it actually recharged or not, i always remain in confusion till the next bill. Once it happened that my bill was not updated and hence my gp vts service was off. So the thing is, i use MY GP app with my personal mobile number to review my recharge status but with GP VTS number i don't have any way to verify. I know you can obviously help regarding this as you are THE GRAMEENPHONE. Nothing is impossible for you guys. So please again make me amazed with a solution. And if there is no current solution then you can implement this idea without any doubt. I believe all gp vts customers will be happy regarding it. An idea: if an active GP number/sim is required for verifying in MY GP app, maybe you can make a new field for VTS where customers can put their vts number and a sms will be sent to the authorized gp number which is tagged with the gp vts number. It is so outdated and the interface is as old as it could be. Everything takes so long to load and there are only a few options to see from. It’s difficult to see the location at a later time m. There are so many things outdated about this app.

It would be better if we could know the balance amount right from this very app... And menu navigation could be reduced one or steps less...

the app stops working when clicked on the back option to home ...

Screen becomes blank while returning to "Home" from any other Menu.
