App is trash will not let you login takes your players’s number and pin code and just spins for a little bit and then sits there.

New reward is nice the app is not functional as when pull up my accounts it’s blank plus it says Christmas bonus points would be on my app but there is nothing there having some issues with this app.

I have emailed and I have text and I have not gotten any replies that have given any answer to how to fix the fact that I cannot get on the app.

Grand obviously has no care in the world about the app’s performance. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced such an awful time with an app, only thing that comes close is the money pit that is “Grand” casino.

The app worked great until the last couple months. It locked me out. I get an error message when I try to login. I asked for help at the casino, but they couldn’t help. Who do I contact?

Every year I get the message bad response from patron server. No idea what this mean, but it basically locks you out. Prior to this message, the app stopped updating player points etc..so I tried deleting and adding the app. No luck and that’s when I got the above error message. I called rewards and they did not know what to do.

Keeps saying incorrect ID or PIN. But I know it’s right.

I can even login. I went to the rewards desk and they can’t even get it to work. We changed my PIN number and still won’t tel me login. SMH

The buttons to push submit do not work on the app. It will not let me log in at all. I’ve called the grand rewards club and they are unaware of why it isn’t working. App needs to be fixed.

I wish they would pay attention and update the app. It doesn’t give any messages or offers or drawings of any type. It’s hard to see what might go on for each night to swipe at the kiosk. I got my rewards card in millacs driving through but I play in Hinkley and they do it offer me the promos at hinkley because I got the card from millacs. This is a dumb rule . So I can’t collect bonus or grandplay offered in hinkley
