cant launch/open app
its been more than a week, i cant open/launch app, eventhough has tried to deleted and reinstalled the app

Mixed feelings
This is possibly the only game i enjoyed and can keep playing even after completing all the levels while waiting for new “hotels” coming up. Its sad to see that I cant seem to enjoy it now without buying boosters or using boosters just to enjoy the game. Why would I spend $$$ buying boosters just to receive 1 gem after ive completed level 80 and above??? It doesnt make sense. N there are so many ads by the time it has finished popping up, the free 3s or 5s left for the double cash power ups are all gone! So what is the use of giving them and not letting us fully utilise it?
Missing purchase
Purchase some rewards but never receive its.
Game has bug, error.
Level 68 has issue. Target of 1105 can never be met cos max is at 1080. I have played for weeks, wasting time.
