Hi, please help me with making in -app purchases through my apple id.

With ever update (Oct 2024) the game itself takes forever to load and then finally when you are able to open the App, u need to download each and every game, (that one has already played), all over again!! You haven’t been able to resolve this update issue for more than a year and now you have added a premium hotel level!!! First get your original act together …….then add these layers Same issue after every update. The new look of the game has made it slow and less user friendly. Upgraded the game just now and the individual games are loading at a snail’s pace even with high speed 5G fibernet. Every time you guys make us do an update of the game , something inevitably goes wrong! AGAIN THE GAME STOPPED FUNCIONING…..fix the bug pls I was asked to update the App just now (11th July 2023) and now the game is frozen. please fix the bug !

Use to be of my most favourite games but lately levels in the latest hotels don’t give you enough coins let alone gems to buy the needed upgrades to pass the levels. Almost right from the beginning of a new hotel upgrades are needed almost ever second level and the rewards at the end of every 5 levels is so petty as compared to the amount of gems and coins needed for upgrades, unless you buy gems & then use a ridiculous amount of those gems to buy more coins for simple upgrades you will not be able to progress. If this was not enough even after making all upgrades you require boosters to pass most levels. You end up playing the same level again n again for days only to fail it in order to collect enough coins to buy upgrades, you are so bored eventually that passing the level seems nowhere close to satisfactory after the upgrade and then most likely the next level or the level after would need you to upgrade again with almost no coins or gems left. I refuse to put in any more money to buy gems coz I would never have enough coins to upgrade anyway. Sad to leave but it’s just getting so frustrating, beating the whole point of wanting to play games. Goodbye, Grand Hotel Mania !

The game was good. Takes a lot of time getting started. But it stopped working after a while.The loading never stops
