Levels..
The levels at extremely hard even the “easy”.. I’ve been stuck on the same level for days. Shouldn’t have to buy gems with pound sterling to proceed. Expecting to earn over 1,060 on the level is infuriating. Wouldn’t recommend!! It’s unrealistic.
Expeditions
Expeditions make the game more playable, you need so many gems to get through some of the levels, at least the expedition gives you other goals
Brilliant
Enjoy reaching the next level even if it takes a few days to collect enough gems for upgrades. What’s the rush?
Grand hotel mania
I have Updated the game once again via App Store which used a lot more memory on my IPad. Contacted game developer for support once again as Upgrades purchased with Gems have shown as incomplete. There are many players having the same issues so l hope this is resolved soon as now been 6 days since last email was sent to only receive an automated reply which is very frustrating. This needs to be resolved as no player can move forward due to the issue on last hotel available on level 69 high is impossible to play as not enough time to complete the level as customers still waiting to be served or pay then time runs out ….
Too many pop ups. Annoying
I like this game which allows me to switch off at the end of the day. I don’t like the never ending pop ups and adverts which seem to have quadrupled since I last played. Will be deleting app
Good game
It’s a really entertaining game but every levels gets really hard so it’s difficult to complete them all. The first twenty or so levels are easy but the difficulty after that increases dramatically
Played for awhile but cannot progress without spending money
Enjoyed playing for quite a long time but now stuck and cannot progress without spending money. I’m on a level where even when I complete everything perfectly I don’t make enough money to get to the next level. The only way to make more money is by upgrading the hotel. I need purple gems to upgrade but cannot complete any levels to gain more purple gems, hence I am stuck and my only option is to spend if I want to continue

Don’t but any in app purchases god this game
This game is a con, you buy in app purchases to help you complete a level snd the game makes it more difficult to complete the level so you have to buy more. I don’t fall for it …..save your money. Not happy at all.
