Grand Hyper Markets

I have been a regular customer but todays order disappointed us very badly. Slot was. 4-7pm but no calls or delivery came. Even at 9.30 pm now am trying to get contact to track our order but nothing is made available in app or site. Hotline number is NOt responded . Worst experience. PLS ADD TRACK ORDER IN APP

something wrong with app 24/8/2023, not opening in kuwait , before it was the best shopping app for me , and also excellent staff in online shopping service

طلبي وصل لي بالغلط و ما عندهم اي رقم يرد عليك احد ،، و اذا حصلت احد رد عليك يكون هندي ما يعرف عربي و لا يعرف يتكلم انجليزي عدل . تعملهم في خدمة التوصيل عندهم غير محترم ، بعكس مركز سلطان و سيتي سنتر و انكوست

You’re app always has a bug and gets hanged!!!
