Exactly as the title says. Good story but not bogged down by it. Likeable characters and good design. Combat can be fun or you can let them auto run.

Error logging in

Great game that I really want to keep playing but it keeps giving me an “Access Error Token” screen whenever I try to log in. My account it linked through Facebook. I’ve already sent in a complaint but no response… I have already made some decent progress and don’t want to restart. Please fix this issue, I’ve seen people on Reddit complain as well. It seems to only be an error with Facebook accounts.

Been playing the game since 2013 on pc a lot of the story line changed and plenty new characters, but so far for so good no glitches nor bugs !

Customer support is awful

Fun game and good community surrounding it, but customer support is awful. I played the game starting about two months from the game launch. I also played the original Grand Chase. I spent maybe $300 on the account over a few years. A few months ago, my account was hacked and deleted. When I made a customer support ticket to have it recovered, they accused me of deliberately sharing my account and wouldn't assist me with recovery. That account that took years to build, and all of the money that went into it, are gone, and I have no form of recourse. So, my advice to anyone considering playing this game, is to stay far away. It is well-made, very fun, and honestly once of the best mobile games I have ever played. However, if you have any sort of major issues, customer support will do nothing to help or protect you. They will take your money and leave you with nothing to show for it, and insult you on the way out.

It Was Great

I used to love this game until the developers started adding so much content that it muddled the game, so I deleted it. A year later, I downloaded it to find that it’s so overly complex, with way too much upgrading and upgrading and upgrading and upgrading. Now, I have no idea how to stay competitive. It was a game I was willing to spend money on, but the cost is way too high for the majority of anything that would be helpful. The introduction of an over abundance of characters, each one able to be upgraded to exhaustion. There’s upgrading and add on upgrades and weapon upgrades and add on weapon upgrades and item upgrades and add on item upgrades. It’s too much, it was a fun, simple game that is now drowning in confusing content. I doubt I’ll keep it for long this time around, I don’t see it getting any simpler to understand.

Играл в прошлом году достаточно активно на двух аккаунтах. Привязывал к фейсбуку и твиттеру. При попытке зайти в твиттер - вылетает игра на Айфон 14(!). А на FaceBook и вовсе аккаунта нет! Смысл играть если удаляете аккаунты?

Honestly if it’s one thing for me and maybe for a lot of us and it’s like the smallest thing, but can you guys please make it to where we can skip the Ult animations please. I love to see it but if I could skip and just cut straight to the ult that would be great!
