Gratitude Plus – Journal

Love this app so much!

I also like being able to post a picture with my entry. Research unequivocally supports the benefits of gratitude and social connections, this is a nice way to jump on both those bandwagons. And the developer is an unbelievably nice guy who is very open to feedback.

What a great way to stay in touch with my family and loved ones- whom I live so far away from. Really awesome way to reflect and stay in touch! Highly recommend

This app has been a life changer! Getting to read about little details about family and friends lives I otherwise wouldn’t know about makes me happy as well as gives me a better look inside their lives. It’s also nice to be able to share those aspects of my life with everyone without having to text or jump on a call!

I have for years had my own gratitude journaling practice. This app allows me not only to continue that morning routine - with a digital record of memories and notes - but is so simple to use and allows me to connect with friends and family near and far about what they are grateful for. I always derived a great deal of pleasure from noting things I’m grateful for, but the bonus feature of allowing my family and friends to see what I’m grateful for has added a layer of depth to it - allowing them to know how grateful I am FOR them each day and also I get to see how they are spending their days and a special little insight into what is going on in their mind. It’s amazing and rewarding beyond measure!

I’ve tried to keep a daily gratitude practice in the past with mixed success. The key for me was finding Gratitude Plus and creating a circle of my closest relationships. Sharing my daily gratitude and reflecting on what those closest to me are grateful for is such a great way to start the day. This has totally replaced less fulfilling social media scrolling. I look forward to using it every day !

This app for real is so amazing already. It’s so easy to feel more connected to friends and family from all over the world, and STAY connected in a meaningful way. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Get a circle going with your family on here ASAP, you will not regret it

I just got this app and I already cansee that doing this is gonna help with my mental health. It feels good to just take a minute during the day to think about the things you have and are grateful for. Today was really stressful and this made me feel a little better. 5 stars from me.
