New app is rubbish

This app used to be good. It’s now full of bugs. You can no longer buy a single issue, app sends you on a never ending loop of logins. Only option is to purchase an expensive membership.

What's Up?

Worked beautifully for several months then 2weeks ago it stopped working. Being charged a weekly fee even though I have a 2mth subscription. "Not happy Jan"

Scam App

I would suggest this app is a scam. After purchasing a subscription, I have been charged full issue price for each subsequent issued downloaded in the subscription period. Bauer Media are unwilling to rectify the matter or refund overcharged amounts when approached. I would not recommend any purchases through this app.

Doesn't work

The App no longer allows downloads in Australia, or perhaps it doesn't work with the most up to date iPad software. Until two weeks ago it was great but there seems to be no way to get help for this issue.

Fantastic publication

Love the magazine and so great to get it updated weekly automatically.

App not working properly

Upraded to IOs 8.1.2 yesterday and now can't download issues. Have deleted and reinstalled app but still no joy and no response from email to publisher. Up til now have had no problems with, please fix

Favourite magazine

I have brought Grazia since it started and I look forward to it every month. It has great articles which relate to what is going on at the time. I am 76 so I know I am not their regular type of reader but it keeps up to date. Well done Grazia team you are doing a fantastic job. 😁💖💖💖 Carol Wright

Haven’t received my magazine!

Subscribed to beauty club had No magazine yet signed up 5th June, is now 23 June! No one responds to my emails so sad!!
