Keeps getting server error.. not able to log onto app..very frustrating when you are in need to see a doctor at this very moment

Keeps crashing or loading for a long time

Dear app developers, kindly look into this matter. I have several experience that I can’t submit more than one claim and unable to copy and paste the description when I have to login again and resubmit my claim. Everything got to re-type and that is frustrating. Thanks

Always have issues when trying to make claim and upload receipts. App keeps hanging. Have to try Multiple times with no guarantee of success. User interface is so outdated and old school. It’s obvious they don’t care much for their corporate clients

I can’t open

App doesn’t work and doesn’t load my E card. trying to pop up an advertisement. Really terrible when u need a doctor, the app is stopping you. Ridiculous

App doesn’t work. I tap the icons and nothing changes.

Reasons : 1. App Always flash out 2. Require to key in particulars for verification when every time using the app. Please store the user information like other App. 3. After click on one Located panel clinic, cannot click the close button but need to close the App.

I had problem logging into the application. It always display “error occur while initializing datepicker” anyway to solve this issue ? It has been half a year already . Even after I change phone or update the application or even tried reinstalling it . The problem still is not resolved. Help please...
