Awful

Cannot buy tickets reliably. Cannot get refunds for late trains reliably. Don’t trust it with my personal details given how flaky it is.

Waste of time

Can’t populate common journeys. Do spend any effort on this app.

Preferred the old one

Used the old version of the app everyday. This version is hard to track train times and look at stops for future journeys before my stop, just wants me to buy a ticket
