This app has very very limited functionality. The features that it does have are clunky and rather pointless. Design isn’t intuitive and it has bare minimum uses for a banking app

I have been a member here since the 1990s. Always a wonderful place with great employees. Thank you all for the great service.

So easy to use. Transfer between accounts. Paid a day early! Love this Bank!

This was a very useful app BUT after CORE upgrade, getting a “an error has occurred ..” lock up. Cannot get to login page.

Worked like a charm until the great Memorial Day account number change and now it won’t even open. I get a message to call the credit union, when I call the credit union they say I have to delete the app and to wait for my phone to decide it’s time to clear my cache before I reinstall, then it will work. I notice it was developed by Gtfcu, surely someone there has a better idea? Didn’t anybody test what all these changes were going to do to the app?

Where is this nice new UI update? I thought all the emails said it was for desktop and mobile.

The app is great and the people in the San Marcos location are Amazing people. So helpful friendly. Joseph and Hernandez are so Awesome to work with they make my transactions so easy and answer every question I always have.

Especially the online banking app. The convenience of it is a game changer. Makes life so much easier. Thank you GTFCU

Seems like it just needs a patch, but has not been fixed in years. The camera won’t give me the option to use flash, and the picture borders come out way bigger than when I’m taking the picture, making it hard to get the margins right. Lastly, when it tells you the photos aren’t good, you can see a preview of them to see which side needs to be redone. iPhone X btw

Definitely the worse banking app I’ve ever used. Hopefully, the service is great.
