Grecotel Hotels & Resorts

After the recent update with bug fixes, it seems like the app doesn’t really work anymore. Most CTA’s don’t do anything, or the app has a loading screen which never loads. The UX is pretty awful as well. The flows just don’t make sense. I give it a 2 star because when it actually works, it works. Albeit you still can’t do a lot with the app. Great idea for an app for the hotels, but all the features should work before telling guests to use it.

Doesn’t work in the resort. Can’t login, no info available that’s relevant.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to everyone was so kind to me and bless you all I love you all thank you so so much Greco tell and I hope everyone incorrect hotel is okay I hope everyone on the resort is okay love you from Zak

Downloaded this app on arrival at our hotel (Kos Imperial) but it never worked for the entire duration of our holiday. Thinking that I may be doing something wrong, I approached the hotel team so that they could show me how to use the app correctly only to find it was not working for them either!

I’ve tried in vain to use this app for our hotel in Kos. Nothing works, and by that I mean I really have tried to use it numerous times to book various activities and meals and haven’t managed to be successful once. Click on the fitness activities link and it takes you to a blank page. The best advice is to not bother downloading it and use the reception desk and desk at the gym to book meals and activities instead. That actually works! Constantly getting logged out and all the times are wrong for opening times too. Could be brilliant if it worked properly.

Nice place and heat lovely view warm sea really bad in ways would not recommend it if you have children. Kids are not allowed on paddle boards nether allowed to play volleyball

I’ve just downloaded this as I’m due to arrive today and it doesn’t appear to work…. Anyone???

Some parts may be 5 star but rooms reception and service are definitely not App does not function Told must book for breakfast and dinner yet impossible with App. All fine dining restaurants fully booked for next Severn days. Not impressed

Great initiative but it doesn’t work. You can’t even get pass the Home Page, pretty useless app.
