Just to be clear - my rating of Green Mountain itself is 5 stars. And I used the app for over a year with no problems, but suddenly a few months it stopped working and instead crashes within seconds of me trying to open it. I’ve had to make my payments by logging in on the main website instead, which is less convenient. I’ve kept my phone up to date and keep updating the app hoping it will fix the issue, but no luck. Even tried reinstalling. Would love for it to work again 😕

I’ve never paid such a low amount. I live in a huge 1 bedroom duplex with high ceilings and I use my own heaters. My bills never run more then 115.00 or so. And they let you know half way through the month what ur bill could possibly be. So ur aware of how much ur bill could run. I have two pets so I hav to have climate control. A most. Thx.

I hate collecting apps for everything I buy, but when they direct you to an app that’s garbage, it’s infuriating. This, happily, is not the case. This app is very easy to navigate and conduct your business. Even though I needed to reset my password, it was smooth. I was in, adding a new FOP, and confirming payment in less than 5 minutes. I found reward points waiting for me, too. Score! This is probably the best app I’ve been forced to download.

I've been using their app for years to pay my bill and I do like it, but there are a few things that need to be fixed for me to give it a higher rating. First is the login itself. For quite some time now it won't log in at first and I have to tap the Face ID icon to get it to do another scan, which it also approves, and then it will log in. Especially frustrating if you don't try that and resort to using your password. Recently the app has become off-centered and will readjust itself as you scroll down. This also has the added issue of the top icons being misaligned and they do NOT get fixed. I would like it if the app would remember my setting for a daily overview. A bar chart isn't as easily read as seeing a monthly grid with kWh and $ cost for each day and being able to "remember" which I last set it to instead of having to choose that each time I open the app because someone thought the other view should've been default is irksome. Hopefully the misalignment issue doesn't cause any hiccups for when my contract comes up for renewal (and hopefully it'll be fixed by then).

This app has been garbage the very first day I used it. If your lucky enough to enter your login and get in the app your gonna have to wait 5 minutes for it to load up.
