Apps have all the time connection issues. Today I had booked car then the app got disconnected and my train has left as rent car was the last option to get there. I cant imagine pain in case id already been in the rented car. You just cant let this happen!! Im finished with your services and your app for good. UI issues, connection issues, terrible price plans. Zero support. Go back to hungary.

Not recommended at all, do NOT waste your time and energy to take and upload all those pictures, documents, personal informations and selfies,….. The app is buggy and the customer service is lazy, they never care to help.

I am writing this comment because this office extorts money and imposes fines for the fact that the application does not write off money, but exposes users to blame. A woman dialed me and rudely said that I hadn’t paid for the trip a month ago, although there was always money on my card and what was the problem to call earlier, and not after any fine, I don’t understand. When asked if it is possible to just pay in the application without a penalty, I heard that I do not understand anything and that I am to blame and must pay more. I put a big one and recommend everyone to use UNIQWAY. They don't have such a problem. Thank you! P.s. Oh yes, I'm going to advise my friends now)

Půjčil jsem si jejich auta vícekrát. Většinou času to jezdí a funguje dobře, ale už asi 6 krát za měsíc se mi stalo, že auto se vypnulo v koloně a nešlo zapnout. Teprve až po zaparkovani a odparkovani v aplikaci to fungovalo. ( Celkem adrenalin někde v centru kde najednou blokujete provoz). To by se ale dalo, v porovnání s tím když vas auto nechá v nákupním centru. V pripade že zaparkujete v podzemním nebo nadzemním parkovani ale nad hlavou mate další patro, riskujete ze vas to tam nechá jak mne už 2 krát. Podpora vam to auto možná odblokuje, a možná ne. Zalezi jak bude signál GPS u auta. Auto se hodí offline a můžete si jet dal pěšky...

Naprosto jednoduchá registrace (3minuty) i používání a velký plus za customer care pri chybě, která dost možná byla moje ale i tak vysli vstříc

The car availability and the cars themselves are amazing. Unfortunately, the app still needs some improvements - namely, a “proceed” button in the bottom-right corner barely works on iphone and it makes renting a car a genuine pain. Hope it will be resolved soon.
