Both application and mobile web versions are appalling. Missing all the functionality, even such basic as submitting the CV or reading scorecards.

So disappointed. The app is absolutely dreadful. Downloaded it to help with keeping a pipeline in order during travel days - shocking.

Can’t do anything with this app. Cannot see CV attachment. Really rubbish!!

This is a fairly pointless app You can’t action anything It opens the wrong documents when you click links The list of issues is long I won’t bore you It doesn’t work at all

I am fairly new to the Greenhouse platform as an agency, and I have to say I have found the web extremely basic with unbelievably basic functionality. I downloaded the mobile app to keep on top of our submitted candidates on the go, and this simply does not let me sign in as it is not for agency users.

Functionality just isn’t there, I can’t even reject candidates via the web browser on my phone as the rejection email part covers the box to ‘send email’. Basically - I can’t use Greenhouse without using my laptop. Poor show considering the amount you pay and in this day and age, software has to be spot on for on the go and mobile. Sorry Greenhouse, I love your system but this app is woeful :(

We have a subdomain on greenhouse.io using Google auth and this does not work with the app

Deleted it and replaced with the mobile site added to homescreen

Literally useless.

I have to download resumes to view them. Cannot perform any action on the candidate (reject, schedule interview). When I login into greenhouse on phone browser, it sends me back to the useless app where I’m back at square one. Baffled why GH even bothered with mobile app if there is almost zero functionality.
