the gps showed that i was outside the designated area even though I wasn’t. cost me an extra 20-30 kr or so, as i had ti find another spot. quite annoyibg

Alt i alt en god app, men chatten vil slet ikke rendere for mig.

I love using Green Mobility cars, but I hate using the app. The map view is very limited: there are no filters (i.e. for vans), cars disappear behind one another (i know that’s a “feature” but it is very annoying)… It has been like this for over 3 years and nothing has been improved.

They have recently started using dark patterns like modals with only the “ok” button highlighted to try and scam you to spend additional money as well as semi-hidden fees that you won’t notice until you have to park the car and it prompts you to accept an additional fee in order to park in that specific zone

Super satisfied

I have been using this service now a couple of times - the Zoe. The cars are good. Sometimes not in the best shape, looking at the exterior. The trunk lid has been not in the best shape most of the times and especially the lid’s rubber seal has been not attached anymore properly. Minor issue as long it is not raining and you dont mind a bit of extra noise.

Der er et par dumme fejl i appen, der gør brugeren utryg: 1) Når man køber minutter er der ingen bekræftelse-popup. Den trækker bare beløbet uanset om det var en fejl at man rørte ved knappen. Der skal være bekræftelse. 2) Der er ingen bekræftelse på at man optjener minutter ved at parkere på eldelebilsplads. Den eneste måde man kan se det på er ved selv at regne på seneste tur og antal minutter tilbage. 3) Der mangler en funktion til at bedømme bilen/fejlmelde efter turen: manglede der feks sprinklervæske? Andre fejl oplevet under turen etc. Det kan man gøre i chatten, men det er ikke åbenlyst.

After trying infinitely many car sharing services throughout Europe I came to the conclusion that GreenMobility is the best. They have quick and helpful customer support, the cars are good for the what you want to use them for, and you can get compensated for charging cars. Also never have I ever driven a car that's mechanical condition was dangerous. Dirty yes, but then you can just let them know about that. Keep up the good work!

Jeg kan forstå at bilerne bliver lidt bulede men det er anstrengende at man skal registrer en bil der er fyldt med buler for at undgå at hænge på dem
