Don’t waist your time. This app is garbage. Designed to make money off your Hard work while they lower the price professionals have to charge to earn a decent living and pay running expenses! Will not support this whatsoever!

Good way to get extra clients. But every yard is severely underbid. Good way to start out but not to make a living. I can’t be a mowing lawns for $30.

DO NOT listen to anything this app tells you about running a business - every step of the way is about cutting throats and drives the local cost of cutting down. This app is run by accounting and tech nerds, not lawn care professionals.

Customers have the ability to leave reviews for vendors who haven’t seen the property or have requested the customer find another vendor to do the job without charging them. Customers also have the ability to not pay for a job that has been finished. This poor treatment of vendors makes it difficult to care about the customers which leads to poor and sloppy work.

I joined this app 3 years ago have used it for multiple properties. I took a break for the last year. Now I’m back to it and while I’m scrolling through the app bidding on properties. It kicks me off and says they aren’t accepting new vendors in your area. I can’t sign back in or anything, so I emailed their support which just tells you to join their Facebook group. Which I did, then posted in the group asking if someone knew about this and could help me look into it. They banned me from the group?? Like what? Terrible customer service, you would have better luck talking to a brick wall.

Vendors beware. There’s no customer service except a silly Facebook group, where the admins are divisive and dismissive. The app never works properly and if you point it out you get banned from their Facebook group, which is literally the only form of “customer service” (a laughable term for these guys). In other words, you’re on your own and you can expect to get paid way less than what you would on the open market. Stay away.

I work with GreenPal little over three months and today I get a email from one of my customers said that they can shut my account down and I really don’t care because I’ve built a relationship with my customers and all of them called me and said they’d rather go through me instead of GreenPal so thanks GreenPal for giving me my customers

This app is not vendor friendly Percentage rates that they take out are extremely high and the customers are very unreliable and bad with communication. Be careful and be aware.

Has many glitches, and at most in opportune times. Nothing against the consumers, put the engineer(s) of this app, seem to not correct these glitches efficiently.
