Very bad service

I have order online yesterday After they will calling to me they can’t come my door steps because security not allowed to used lifts only allowed to delivery staircase (COVID-19) Also I have ordered water5lx 2bottle and another small things They told me water is very heavy they can’t carry staircases but I have pay by money online they coming my door steps If I’m not pay money online they leaving down and I need to come down Why? They told me reason they used delivery service but they don’t believe delivery man (cash on delivery) What is the problem? That is the customer service? We have to pay money online or we have to pay cash on delivery that is our choice right? Better delete yr App and fine another online service
