Couldn’t get past log in page
Made an account and the app crashed immediately. I opened it again and went to log in with the email and password I literally just set and it said the password was wrong. I tried 2 more times before resetting the password. Then tried with the reset password, still didn’t work. Closed and reopened the app and still said the password was wrong so I reset it again. Still said the password was wrong. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That didn’t work either. Can’t use the app if I can’t get past the login screen.
Misleading StreatCred
StreatCred shows on the final payment screen but it is very misleading as it doesn’t automatically use the StreatCred and my credit card was charged for the full amount even though I wanted to pay for the order with StreatCred.
App disaster
I’ve been an advocate for this biz since first store opened, BUT the App is frickin fail currently (Mar’24).
“Update available” pop up means I can’t use the app
Consistent pop up every time I try to open this app saying “update available”. There isn’t an update available, and I can’t get through to the app. It means I can’t order Greenstreat at all, given they only allow ordering via the app and not the website. Ordering in person the line is too long to wait on my lunch break. Shame because it’s really tasty, but yeah I literally have no way of ordering it because the app is so bad.
App doesn’t work on iphone 14 pro at all
Already updated the newest version and if I select store it just quit unexpectedly, been trying to contact you guys on email try to solve this issue out and no one answer me
Caesers crime
Tried to order Caesar salad, but whole app shuts down. Who has a salad shop and they don’t want you to buy a Caesar salad. Disco music in the store is not going to make up for this criminal activity.
Bad UX design
If you click the back button to go back it jumps to the map and looses your order. How is it not cached. Terrible.
Also found that ordering from the app is significantly slower than waiting, even when there is a long queue.
Ignore the app. Just order in person instead. It adds no value.

Good start for app
Please add a ‘payment’ section to the user account area so payment options e.g. credit card / PayPal etc can be saved / edited outside of the ordering process.
